Refund & Exchange Policy

At Nu Scents Trading, every fragrance is crafted and handled with exceptional care. In order to preserve product integrity, hygiene standards, and the exclusivity of our collections, the following policy applies to all purchases. We encourage customers to review this information prior to completing an order.

Retail Purchases

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unopened, sealed, and unused, with original packaging intact.

  • Requests must be initiated within fourteen (14) days of confirmed delivery.

Due to the personal and consumable nature of fragrances and cosmetic products, items that have been opened, sprayed, sampled, or otherwise used are not eligible for return or exchange.

Approved Returns

  • Approved returns are issued as store credit, redeemable toward future purchases with Nu Scents Trading.

  • Store credit is issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are safely delivered back to our facility.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please notify our support team within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery by emailing support@nuscentstradinginc.com.

To assist us in resolving the matter promptly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the product(s), packaging, and shipping materials

Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or an appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Private Label, Custom & Bulk Orders

All private label, custom-formulated, wholesale, or bulk orders are produced specifically for each client. As a result, these orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges once production has begun.

Additional Terms

  • All return requests are subject to review and approval by Nu Scents Trading.

  • Items returned without prior authorization or that do not meet the conditions outlined above may be declined.

  • By completing a purchase on our website, customers acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Exchange Policy.

  • Nu Scents Trading reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
